At Candorous Crafts, all products are custom-made and carefully crafted. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

2. Exceptions

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item, or
• The product arrived damaged or defective

To request a resolution, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
• After this period, production may have begun and cancellation will not be possible

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, certain items (including adult-oriented products) are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances unless defective.

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to your original payment method
